Allina Medical Clinic-Brooklyn Park Opens April 23
BROOKLYN PARK, MINN. 04/21/2009--Allina Medical Clinic’s newest facility opens this week in Brooklyn Park. AMC-Brooklyn Park is lead by Dr. Bruce Young, a family practice physician with Allina for more than a dozen years. The clinic is located at 9300 Noble Parkway in Brooklyn Park.
‘We do general family practice in Brooklyn Park. We see all ages,” Young says. “Personally, I enjoy caring for children, but I see a full range of ages and enjoy that, too. One of the nice things about family practice is you get to see the entire family grow up and get to see them for their whole lifetime.”
Young says the Brooklyn Park clinic is small clinic and meant to be that way to provide a friendly, family-oriented, neighborhood clinic atmosphere. He says that will allow him and his staff to give more one-on-one patient attention, so it should be a very relaxed setting for people to seek attention.
“One of the nice things about Allina is the number of options our patients and we, as providers, have. Some people just prefer a smaller, more intimate clinic which is the reason I wanted to move to Brooklyn Park and practice here,” Young says. “We still have all the options of Allina—the hospitals, the specialists. I still refer to the same specialists as I always have, but we start here in a more intimate environment.”
