Buffalo Hospital offers free evening dedicated to getting a good night’s sleep

Buffalo, MN  10/06/2009--

You are invited to a free event to learn how to get a better night’s sleep on Monday, Oct. 19, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Buffalo Hospital.

Sleep is key to good health. Join one of Buffalo Hospital’s sleep experts, Courtney Whitney, DO, for a free seminar to learn about common conditions that may keep you for getting a good night’s sleep. Dr. Whitney also will talk about the connection between diabetes and sleep apnea – a common link many don’t know about. If you have a CPAP machine, bring it to the seminar for a free checkup.

Registration is preferred for this free event. Visit www.allina.com/classes or call 1-866-904-9962 to sign up. The seminar will meet in the Buffalo Hospital Conference Center. Convenient parking is available in Lot B, which is the lower parking lot of Buffalo Clinic.
