Public is invited to free weight-loss surgery seminar

CAMBRIDGE, Minn. 02/23/2010--Three physicians will discuss the different types of weight-loss surgery and treatment options Saturday, March 6 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Cambridge Medical Center, 701 South Dellwood Street, Cambridge, Minn. 55008.

Allina bariatric weight-loss surgeons Jonathan Gipson, MD, Frederick Johnson, MD, and Laura July, MD, will discuss the health risks of excess weight. People who attend will learn how bariatric surgery changes the body and requirements for surgery.
