Rivers Cancer Center is a partnership between River Falls Area Hospital, River Falls Medical Clinic and Minnesota Oncology to provide local, comprehensive, multidisciplinary cancer care services to cancer patients in western Wisconsin.
Rivers Cancer Center is formally known as a community hospital cancer program as defined by and accredited by the Commission on Cancer.
Through our affiliation with the Virginia Piper Cancer Institute, we mobilize the expertise of medical, surgical and radiation oncologists while maintaining a central role for the patients and their family physician in the battle against cancer.
Comprehensive care
Rivers Cancer Center offers comprehensive care, including diagnostic and interventional radiology, treatment by surgery and chemotherapy services.

We focus on providing integrated care between your family physician, our oncologists from Minnesota Oncology, radiologists and other key members of the cancer care staff to ensure you receive the best care possible, to improve your results and to ensure the best quality of life possible.
Our nurse navigator serves as a guide for patients and families in understanding cancer diagnosis, treatment and the multiplicity of other factors that impact the experience – including coordination of care.
We also have supportive services such as physical and occupational therapy, pain management alternatives and nutritional support. Care is given in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
