Become a member of the Sports Medicine Rehabilitation & Wellness Center!

Community health and wellness is important at River Falls Area Hospital. That is why we have opened our Sports Medicine Rehabilitation & Wellness Center to community residents.

Membership information

Hours 

• Monday - Thursday: 5:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.
• Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
• Saturday: 7 a.m. - 2 p.m.
• Sunday: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Membership information

Memberships include:

• locker and towel service
• locker room facilities
• aerobic and strength equipment
• quality fitness trainers available all hours of operation
• reduced rates on wellness events and programs

Fitness assessment is required before joining. We offer this $185 total value screening for $75. 

• full lipid panel/$45
• exercise prescription/$40
• sub-max bike test/$25
• body fat testing/$15
• flexibility, strength assessment/$40
• health risk assessment/$20

Membership fees - Payment options include monthly electronic funds transfer, 6 month membership, or 12 month membership.

• Single: $30/month
• Family: $50/month - includes dependents 16 and older who live at home.  
• 16and 17 year olds must have a physician release form and be accompanied by an adult.
